THEPURITY provides a faith-based platform to help individuals overcome pornography addiction through accountability partnerships, content blocking, spiritual guidance, and community support.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other users
- Not attempt to bypass or disable the content blocking features
4. Content Blocking and Monitoring
By using THEPURITY, you consent to:
- System-level content blocking on your devices
- Periodic screenshot monitoring for accountability purposes
- Sharing of relevant accountability data with your designated accountability partners
- Installation of protection software that runs continuously
5. Accountability Partners
You acknowledge that accountability partners may receive notifications about your activity. You are responsible for choosing trustworthy accountability partners and understanding that they will have access to certain information about your App usage.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of THEPURITY require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THEPURITY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide effective tools for overcoming addiction, we do not guarantee specific results. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health or addiction treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
THEPURITY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
